"God healed my heart condition!"

I was born with a heart defect.

When I first visited a doctor, he immediately said my heartbeat wasn’t normal and referred me to a cardiologist. After exams and ECG and echo, the doctors said I have Atrial Septal Defect. For over a year my Weekly Fellowship group prayed for me.

Recently I returned to the doctor. After a full check‑up he said in surprise, “Your heart is normal! How is your heartbeat normal now? Have you seen another doctor?” I paused and said, “Yes.”

He asked, “Abroad?”

I said, “My doctor is both abroad and here.”

He said, “Great! Then let’s do a new ECG to be sure.”

After checking again he said, “Your heart health is excellent! Which doctor did you see?”

I said, “For more than two years I’ve been a Christian—and the Lord Jesus Christ is my doctor! He healed me!”

He paused a long time, staring at the desk with his pen in hand, then said, “Tell Him to visit me too…”

I was so happy I choked up and couldn’t hide my joy. I said, “If you read the Bible, you’ll see what kind of God we have.”

He said, “Bring that book for me!” I was so full of joy at God’s healing and the chance to share that I wept in the street, thanking and praising God for His favour. This is the fruit of prayer in Weekly Fellowship. I pray that God’s family will increase daily, and that healing will flow to believers and unbelievers alike!
